Return

Kindly note that Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of earrings, therefore, we can't accept returns and exchanges of any earrings and pierced jewellery.

If you wish to request a return, please email glororajewelry@hotmail.com with your reason for the change of mind and your online order number. 

If your return is approved, you will be given return information via an email reply, however, it is important to note that (unless deemed faulty) return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can choose between a refund back to the exact and original payment method or an online credit to the purchase value of the product/s. 

Once your return is received by our Glorora support members and inspected, we will send you a courtesy email to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item/s.
